Christmas has come early (well, or late -- depends on which calendar you're reading). Four Hands Home has announced their next warehouse sale, and you can bet your bottom dollar that I'll be there with bells on. I've already been scouring the virtual warehouse so I can be ready upon arrival. It's like I'm in training or something. I'm going to go in with a plan, I know exactly what I'm looking for, and I'm prepared to knock down any innocent bystanders in the way of what I want. Ok, not really. Here are the items I'm in the market for:
1) This fantastic farmhouse table. However it looks like it's pretty long, and let's admit it --my dining room is teeny. If this doesn't work out, I've found the knock off at Pier 1 for probably a fraction of the cost. I'm thinking of doing some mismatched chairs, but that's yet to be determined. 2) All hail the couch. I need something with a little color, so it doesn't completely disappear against my beige walls. At last year's warehouse sale I found the most beautiful brown tufted velvet couch for $1000 off (nope - you read that right). I kick myself every time I come home to my vanilla couch that NoNo has now claimed as her new scratching post. If I get a new couch, she & I are going to have to have a Come-to-Jesus meeting about the scratching issue. And as mentioned with the table, if this doesn't work out - I have some alternates lined up from Z Gallerie (Tip -- All of Z Gallerie's furniture is 10%-15% off until Monday).
I'm headed to the outlets this weekend to see what Pottery Barn and Crate and Barrel have to offer -- just a little Valentine's gift to myself. C&B is evidently having an 'everything must go' sale -- so hopefully I can find something to 'go' home with me. I'll keep you posted on my findings!
