Whether you live in a studio apartment or a grandiose house in the hills, surrounding yourself in a space that makes you truly happy is what makes a place a 'home.' That being said, my kitchen is officially done, and I couldn't be more pleased with the result. Laugh if you must, but this morning when I went to make my coffee I sung, "Good morning, new kitchen!" It's honestly amazing what a fresh coat of paint and new tile will do to raise your mood. I don't have any official 'after' pictures to share (cabinets are still 'setting' and all of my kitchen wares having found a new home in the guest room for now...), but I will leave you with a little snippet of the work in progress. I can't wait to show y'all the finished product!
